Summary/Abstract: Biblical psalms of lamentation represent the reference model followed by Vasile Voiculescu in his religious poems centered in search of divinity (except those focused on moments of the Christ biography). The Biblicalarchetype that can be easily recognized in thevoiculescian poetry: the same religious feelings, the same ultimate purpose of seeking -Divinity-and not least , the same motivation –the confirmation of own faith. All they are accompanied by the inevitable suffering of the man who correctly perceive themselves in comparacion with the Absolute .Religiosity of Voiculescu was predetermined by a background familiar proposed , but was later authenticated and personal experiences –like prision , wife's death.His religiousus lyrics -like model -in biblical psalms moments of existential angst and sadness.
