Summary/Abstract: in this article i present the impact of italian press and diplomacy, in favor of transylanian people. The Memorandum it was an act whereby the political leaders from Transylvania have defended their rights against the oppression of Hungarian and Austrian Gouvernements. Great writers have engaged in defending of the Transylvanian people. One of the most eloquent testimonies is the collection ,,The latin Voices. From brother to brotherŗ. The main method used in this texts is the case of study, more exactly Italian press and diplomacy. Antoher method used is the hermeneutics of the texts. My research contain articles, memories and books. Based on these texts, i will analyze manner in which the Memorandum movement he was seen in the Italian Press and Diplomacy.
