Summary/Abstract: In Slovenia we have a whole range of solutions for providers of electronic storage. The choice of providers in the comprehensive legal framework suppliers is sometimes a big problem, because for selection of one of the bidders we need a good knowledge of legislation and regulations. The vast majority of this is the key to legally valid archive in electronic form, because the Archive of RS set strict rules that need to be renewed every year, to keep the process of Accreditation Service valid. So far it was managed only by three providers of electronic storage.
