L’ESPACE HORIZONTAL DANS QUAI OUEST DE BERNARD-MARIE KOLTES

Summary/Abstract: This paper wants to suggest a new way of reading the theatre of Bernard-Marie Koltès, in a topographic perspective. Quai Ouest is a text which configures the spatial axe of the cityřs horizontality. In the identification process of the textual marks in the textual space of the representation, I started this argument from the link created between theatre and topography. The city is the main motif of the theatre of Koltès and assures the cohesion between all the koltèsian works, but also the unity of each single text.
