CONTROL AND METHODOLOGY ASSISTANCE, IMPORTANT FACTORS IN THE PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION OF THE ARCHIVAL SERVICE EMPLOYEES

Summary/Abstract: In order to improve and achieve better results in the field of archival profession it is necessary to gain methodological support and control performance objectives and tasks of the archives. For the success of methodological support and control its important to have the right concept. The implementation of programs related to the control and methodological assistance in quality are very significant role in the archival service. Through this process, archivists are familiar with the regulatory standards and other theoretical skills that are necessary for a functional work.Methodological assistance and control can be realized in various ways, through the general control, control of specific issues and processes, control the execution of laws and normative acts, the control of the activities to work with documents, etc. The experience of the Albanian administration have been checked not only a legal meaning, but vocational education of archival staff. The realization of the plans and objectives and methodological assistance and control enables higher level of knowledge and protection in archival profession.
