Summary/Abstract: About class students have written many, even many. Among those who analyzed it from many points of view we mention: Miron Ionescu (Cluj) and Vasile Popeangă (Arad), both of whom held high scientific papers that addressed the complex issue of classroom. Knowledge of variables - the educational resources of the classroom, rather, a class of students is particularly advantageous for school management that can exploit them following a selection of relevant, establishing educational alternatives actionable, compensation values, substitutions procedural. Classroom is not and should not be regarded only as a psychological entity, it is a social reality, reflecting psychosocial - miniature society issues. In terms of incorporation, the construction and classroom dynamics, are sets of rules that constitute implicit normative dimension closely monitored by the school manager. A paradigm is increasingly heard in analyzing inter-specific differences between the normative and professional culture, and culture, a gulf is widening from day to day.
