Summary/Abstract: Professional training of AV archivsts in television archives didnt harmonised. With very fast technical development of television, and caused great damages in TV archives. Sometimes TV archive are sheltter for problematic and noneducated employes. In digital era, AV archivist must have great interdisciplinary knowledge and well organised permanent professional education.
