Summary/Abstract: The study presents little-known documents about Transylvania affiliation in connection with the Peace Treaty after the Second World War. The author examines in the meantime the relations between Hungary and Rumania. He presents two documents: the memoirs of Mindszenty and the response of Iuliu Hossu, the Transylvanian Greek Catholic bishop.
