Summary/Abstract: There is nothing more mobil,more specific to each civilization and more subordinate to time and space,then values. The first step towords eliminating the malfunctions(gaps..) created by the management different characteristics is to identify differences in values. Unequal prospects of the set of personal values does generates individual alternative in solving managerial issues. A better understanding and analysis of the importance of personal values may lead to more effective management. The relationship betwen values obtained by a manager and how it evaluates problems faced,are likely to be more complicated to analize.
