Methodological and organizational aspects of group work in organizations

Summary/Abstract: The article in the synthetic way refers to the practice of group work in organizations. It determines the idea, kind and specificity of group work, as well as its meaning in contemporary organizations. Long-term studies and experience devoted to the research of groups/teams dynamics, group work projects development let the authors express opinions concerning restrictions in the preparation and practising of group work system modeling process. The publication concentrates on organizational and methodological aspects, connected with this form of building intellectual capital. In the end of the publication the authors formulate practical recommendations conditioning the effective completion of group work in the organization, directed both to participants in the group work, and to the managing staff.
