Limitation of complexity as condition of firm’s efficiency

Summary/Abstract: The aim of this article is to pay attention to the necessity of limitation of complexity of present-day organization. Aspirations for simplicity become a new imperative for organizations today, they are also important conditions for organizations’ efficiency. The article also shows the results of the survey, which was conducted in 50 Polish firms. They confirm the increasing complexity and identify actions to simplify business.
