Summary/Abstract: The article discusses about institute of legal person and its legal personality, without which existence we are not able to imagine current law. The main aim is to construct common typology of legal persons and afterwards to bring insight to existing status and thus contribute to explanation of this term. On the other hand, legal personality is one of central terms of whole law theory, because only law subjects are entitled to be recipients of law regulations and entitled or to be obligatory in term of law and liabilities. Untill today this term have not clearly content.
