Summary/Abstract: The paper describes how to create finding aids for archival fonds of health institutions. It gives some instructions for archival arrangement and description which can be used in dealing with all archival fonds of health institutions. This paper also deals with the valorisation of archival material of health institutions and with the possibilities for research that this material gives.We can use the possibilities that contemporary technologies (like full text search on the Internet) give to us, and, on the basis of old finding aids, create new and more up-to-date finding aids.
