Summary/Abstract: The growth of the European regulation of cross-border relations in the last decade, led to the fragmentation of the legal regulation of family relations with foreign element. Even, these regulations are largely matched; this situation leads to the uncertainty in their application and does not support the legal certainty of the parties.
