Summary/Abstract: An interesting document is presented to the readers by Maria Pongracz Popescu: it is the copy of an original manuscript, which stands proof of a special friendship and parallel existence established by means of intercultural communication between two representatives of minority cultures in Banat. The letter dates back from 1978, being addressed by Reiter Robert, alias Franz Liebhard to Endre Karoly on the latter's 85th birthday.
