Summary/Abstract: In article are analyzed problem questions of a professional training for devices of courts, their appointments to posts, the list of posts of the device of court. Investigated scientific views on concept of public service and specificity of her regulation of devices of courts, volumes of standard regulation of questions of formation of staff of the device of court. The attention is focused on inconsistency of the current legislation in the specified sphere. Attention is drawn to the need to bring the departmental regulatory acts in conformity to the latest changes in legislation. Formulated offers to the requirements, nominated candidates to an position the head of the device of court.
