Summary/Abstract: Public-Private Partnership is a form of project implementation based on the division of tasks, responsibilities and risks between the public and the private party. Owing to such a division, the most cost-effective way of the implementation of an investment is achieved. The aim of this article was to analyse 14 contracts concluded in the years 2009-2014. The contracts were analysed in terms of risk allocation between the public entity and the private partner. The analysis takes into account mainly the risks defined as risks related to the construction, availability and demand.
