Summary/Abstract: Communication is the most important and crucial to identify all of the processes influencing social behavior. Communication is the need arising from the interaction of not only people in the organization, but society in general. Development of new technologies and modern work organization result from the development of new enterprises and companies. Therefore, demand for workers, able to adapt to the changing requirements of the market, is increasing. One of the basic skills, needed for appropriate and effective functioning of all types of organization, is communication. It determines man’s success, both in social and professional life.
