Defining project requirements in project planning

Summary/Abstract: Projects are now becoming the norm in almost every medium and large enterprise. There is a need to support projects with appropriate instruments which will enable effective completion. The purpose of this article is to show the complexity of the project planning with particular regard to defining project requirements. In order to achieve the goal established first there will be presented various aspects of defining requirements. Then there will be listed the rules which should be applied by creating requirements of projects. At the end, the article will describe potential problems that accompany defining requirements.
