Summary/Abstract: Governmental e-services allow citizens quick and efficient access to the public sector services at the national level. E-services are connected to the single sign-on system and together they can exchange data. This article addresses issues of trust in electronic records, possibilities of interoperability between implemented e-services, exchange of information both within a country and at the international level and the problems that might occur in practice.
