Summary/Abstract: This paper presents a new spatial behaviour of most affluent Residents of Łódźin the location of modern residential development in Łódź. Characteristic features of thelocation of residences in the area of the city during the last 25 years. The paper also determinethe preferences of wealthy inhabitants of Łódź, revealing the choice of place ofresidence and its management.
