Summary/Abstract: The concept of «green economy» is urged to provide more harmonious coordination of components of economy, society and the nature within a paradigm of a sustainable development. At the moment it becomes a global course of innovative, anti-recessionary formation in many countries and regions of the world. One of global tendencies of «green economy» is the development of information infrastructure.
