Summary/Abstract: The role of leadership in shaping and changing the corporate culture often remains in the background when analyzing the factors for successful management. Mutual influence between culture and leadership is a key component of the ability of companies to develop. This interaction is not an immutable fact or a situation which might just be measured or accounted for. The mutual influence of factors of leadership and cultural factors should be considered in the process of their interaction, tracked or improvement of leadership or by the formation and transformation of culture. The aim of this report is to present a model for creating a culture of leadership in the context of the need of developing organizational culture. Basic concepts are defined. An attempt to analyze the interaction of various elements of the leadership model and the formation of organizational culture has been made. To determine the impact on the influence leaders have on the building of organizational culture a certain approach is needed to take into account the complex structure of the factor culture and to describe unacceptable in terms of our research structure of the relationship between the two models. For this reason, we analyze several studies and publications in this field that give us a satisfactory variety of elements and are based on scientific research and arguments. In different studies appear elements of the impact of leadership in creating an organizational culture that we can provisionally summarize in the following groups: 1. Actions and behavior of leaders. 2. Focus on leadership. 3. Evaluation Criteria: what is rewarded and what is punishable. 4. Appropriate allocation of resources. A five-step model for creating a culture of leadership is presented.
