Summary/Abstract: Corporate managing model appears in contemporary politics through different forms. The neoliberal or corporate corporativism - as a manifestation of corporativistic decision-making - is the most prevalent in democratic regimes of authorities. Such system of government is based on the partnership of state authorities and representatives of big business. This government system has already destructed power and minimized the role of trade union organizations. The practical application of the principles of corporate corporativism in political practice, essentially liberal democracy has evolved into a neoliberal democracy. But the consequences of neoliberal democracy and corporate rule can be identified even in transitional democratic regimes, as it is, suppose Bosnian-Herzegovinian political regime.
