Summary/Abstract: The paper focuses on active access to environmental information, which requires their active collection and dissemination by environmental authorities. The author focuses on embedding the information environment systems (e.g. registries of releases and transfers of pollutants) in the international and EU law and their functioning in the Czech Republic.
