Summary/Abstract: Contribution seeks to answer the question whether the Financial administration of the Czech Republic‘s transparent. This issue is connected not only with its functioning, but also with the the organizational structure of the financial administration. In this context, the author outlines the organizational structure of the Financial Administration of the Czech Republic, author deals with the principle of legitimate expectations, with the Right to Information, with the Right to Protection of Information and with State‘s Interest in Protecting information in the financial administration.
