Summary/Abstract: Since worldwide globalization phenomenon intensify more and more, in this article there is analyse of private expert subintitute in Lithuanian law and other countries in the context of this phenomenon, i.e. this article Lithuanian “in-between” position regarding to private expert and trying to evaluate how globalisation processes may influence these countries practice of legal regulation of private expert in order to develop successfully Lithuanian view to private expert. Moreover, there are analysis of quite liberal Latvian legal practice regarding private expert, on which is based solutions to Lithuanian legal regulation how shell be developed Lithuanian “in-between” position regarding to private expert.
