Summary/Abstract: This paper deals with specific instrument of collective protection in Austria, so called class action Austrian style. This instrument was evolved by judicial practice and its conformity was approved by Austrian Supreme Court. The purpose of the action lies in cession of claims of aggrieved persons to specific association, which enforces these claims in its name.
