Summary/Abstract: Although there is no specific legislation on the collective proceedings, in many cases are the rights of dispersed individuals enforced collectively. This is the case of shareholders claims arising in particular from various squeeze-out transactions. The problems connected with these lawsuits are: unclear legislation relating to the type of petition and type of proceeding, informational barrier and financial burden for claimants.
