Leadership relationships in academic conditions

Summary/Abstract: This article is the result of many years of work with students in the so-called active study. These activities rely on inspiring and motivating to seek management practices through involvement in student organizations. The aim of the article is to show the relationship of leadership in the teaching process on the example of students of the Faculty of Management at the University of Lodz based on transformational leadership and leadership competencies research.
