Organizational citizenship behavior and knowledge sharing from the perspective of research

Summary/Abstract: Based on a literature review, the paper reports the findings of an empirical study on the organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and knowledge sharing. The findings of the study confirmed that dimensions of Organizational Citizenship Behavior had an impact on Knowledge Sharing and presented the key factors of knowledge sharing behavior in the intercultural studies. Based on a review of literature lack of research and subjects was reported in Poland. The paper concludes a discussion of emerging issues, new direction and practical implications for the problem of Knowledge Sharing and OCB in further Polish studies.
