Summary/Abstract: This research paper is focused on organizational mechanisms of mobbing prevention and intervention from HRS perspective. The main content of the paper is based on findings from a qualitative study (2014, structured interviews: N = 15: fourteen HR specialists and one trade union member). The results of the research show current status and a variety of anti-mobbing prevention and intervention mechanisms applied in Polish organizations. The findings are presented in view of current international scientific literature and national anti-mobbing regulations [Kodeks Pracy, nowelizacja 2004, art. 943]. Conclusions arising from the study are significant for organizational management practices.
