Summary/Abstract: In case of sustainable development of companies is necessary to incorporate also the principles of corporate responsibility into their strategies. The companies have to identify and realize their responsibility to all stakeholders. According to opinions on corporate social responsibility, we can come to a conclusion that corporate responsibility is continuous strive of company to contribute on sustainable development by implementation of tactics which make provision for economic, social and ecologic impact on stakeholders. It is not only the aim of prestige and image, but the idea to behave well is adopted by companies. The paper was solved with VEGA Project, Nr. 1/0638/08 Learning Organisation.
