Summary/Abstract: Educational management represents an explicite integrative conception, a attitude, an action metodologie oriented for obtaining success in education, it involves a lot of principles and functions, rules and methods of management through wich is assured the achievement of the objectives in the educational system. In the Romanian post december educational system along with the public system of educational services, laws allowed apparition of alternative educational services, which on long therm constitutes an important competitive factor and could determine the rise of the educational services quality as a total.
