Summary/Abstract: Network visualization is now becoming very popular research perspective and one of the key terms defining the contemporary media. Apparently, this is natural in a society that is increasingly being described by modern intellectuals and sociologists using the metaphor of the network. Technological networks, with the Internet and mobile phones at the forefront, now mediate many cultural, economic and social practices. Humanity today operates in an environment shaped by technological networks. This leads not only to the constitution of new communities and models of communication, but has also allowed modern researchers to gain access to huge amounts of data, digital traces left by users. The Internet is also becoming a huge archive for collecting and providing archival and historical cultural resources. This information can often not be understood or processed without the tools offered by new types of online research. In using the term “tool” I mean both theoretical and methodological solutions as well as specific technical ones.
