Summary/Abstract: This paper repeats results of the research of Delphi method organized by Jonathan Tourtelot at the end of the year 2006. Delphi method is one of the best scientific method for measuring of unmeasurable phenomena. The topic of the research was estimation of general conditions for tourism every places of UNESCO World Heritage List. This evaluation required weighing such subtle issues as aesthetics and cultural integrity as well as balancing good points against bad ones
