Summary/Abstract: This article is about problems involving registration of personal status. Especially we want to show problems which are connected with data inserted in act of birth and act of death, and how we can change this data. Furthermore we also described Superintendent Registrar as a person who is responsible for registration of personal status. Additionally we bring up a problem regarding change of sexes and effects which are caused by this changes in administrative law.
