Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted to the issue of the range of use and reception of sociolect forms. Referring to contemporary tendencies and phenomena (e.g. specialization and increase of media professionalism, or contemporary literary strategies), the author proves that notions of environmental origin popularize becoming a tool of communication on the supranational level.
