Summary/Abstract: The issue of respecting the rights of the child is present in every law-abidingsociety. Though established on the international forum catalog of children’srights includes the vast majority of the fundamental guarantees ofsociety towards its youngest members, changes in community life as well asthe development of many other areas of life tend to constant reflection on the interpretation of those rights. In particular, it is necessary to again and explicitplacement of children’s rights within the family relationships and the sameobligations of marriage, to ensure real possibility of their implementation andat the same time underline the irreplaceable role of the family. In this sense,a very clear turns out to be overall postulate of “child’s right to a normal family”,which in the space of canonical finds its fullness.
