Summary/Abstract: This article discusses the Art. 1–5 of the Code of Medical Ethics. The author analyzes the relationship of medical ethics and general ethical standards, as well as the medical profession as the profession of public trust. Attention also emphasize on the doctor-patient relationship and the main aim of doing the medical profession.
