Summary/Abstract: Since the accommodation facilities for the disposal of documentary and archive material (papers) are filled, and the human resource in Archive of Republic of Srpske is in deficit, it is necessary to carefully and strategically access to this problem. It is important, because we have to protect this valuable documentary and archive material on time.
