Local labour market analysis in Poland

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the discussion was to conduct local labour market analysis in Poland. Considerations were started with conducting of delineation of local labour market in Poland. For this purpose one approach selected from literature and two options of author’s model of local labour markets delineation were used. Between obtained structures of local labour markets occurred some differences so in the next step some criteria for evaluation of the results were discussed and applied. Knowledge of local labour markets structure is in fact only a starting point for their analysis. The next step should be the collection of data on separated local labour markets. For this purpose data available at the municipal level were aggregated. In the case of characteristics published on the county level estimation for the local labour markets level was conducted.
