Summary/Abstract: The paper is characterized with a publicity feature as it follows the collaboration between two universities - Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in Kazakhstan and Burgas Free University in Bulgaria, from 2012 to 2015. The research overlooks the design and development of academic courses and programs, authors and administrators of various projects, as well as their results.
