Summary/Abstract: Mircea Mihăieş deplores in this article the state of affairs within the Ministry of Education whose employees are examples of incompetence, dishonesty, misconduct. The author stands his affirmations with the recent example of incompetence and lack of interest shown by the ministry staff on the issue of scholarships granted to a group of 20 Romanian students by universities in Italy. This error comes to complete the frame of some similar mistakes committed by the Romanian Government who illogically called back a few valuable diplomats in Italy.
