Summary/Abstract: The paper deals with some ethical/aesthetic values like “truth, beauty and good,” which found their primary constitution in ancient times, as representing a canon of both the human being who aspires to search for the sense of existence and of the systems which frame development of humankind trends in the common globalization era. Thinking about death in the context of ars bene vivendi et ars bene moriendi provoked philosophical thought on the existence of human beings and their choice between mundane activities and the authenticity of self-creation. It is notable that an issue raised in the field of classical philology, of the unsolved mystery about achieving perfection by humankind is also particularly emphasized in modern thought: in the modern world of mechanization and digitalization growing rapidly, an individual will always remain the highest value, particularly when confronted with the death.
