Summary/Abstract: Problems of legal regulation of relations in the field of industrial property. Analysis of legal practice.The article highlights the issues that relate to problems of intellectual property related to the implementation and protection of the rights to these objects of patent holders.At the same time, the author emphasizes that the creation in Ukraine of a national system of legal protection of intellectual property and the systematic organization of all legislation in this area, will eliminate many of the problems associated with the violation of these rights.
