Obtainment and managing public archival material with special regime of use

Summary/Abstract: The special regime for archives of some special importance, regardless of the criteria by which the timber marked with a special, predicted today provide all archival regulations of Bosnia and Herzegovina. These exemptions are determined by the delivery log between the relevant competent authority archives and creator and owner, and archive them must comply in all phases of the handling of the archives. This type of material is not a large scale, especially in the case of archives created in the possession of holders who do not carry out tasks related to defense, internal affairs and the like. This paper analyzes the legal regulation of transposing and handling, including the use of, this material, as well as the practical application of state archival legislation in the archives of the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
