Summary/Abstract: The contribution especially focuses on the issues of disputes in accordance with the Anti-Discrimination Act, compen-sation for victims of discrimination, the relationship of the Anti-Discrimination Act and the Civil Code. Particular attention is paid to discrimination as circumstance worthy of special consideration in case of determining the manner and the amount of damages in causing harm to the natural rights under the New Civil Code.
