Summary/Abstract: The author briefly summarizes the specific conditions that led to the bankruptcy and liquidation of certain economic organizations in the Republic of Macedonia. The first time it is a classification scheme: Activities, archival holdings and the amount of documentation provides holders in bankruptcy and liquidation for the specified period. Although there is an impression that it is a huge amount of aquired material, this is only a small part of the many organizations that have gone into bankruptcy and liquidation, while the documentation of other unaccounted for and hopes to be taken once and protected. With a desire to go out to meet the employees was taken documentary material with longer storage periods, which is a huge part of the free space in the depots was completed. The adoption of the archival material does not provide a lot of opportunities for this acute problem, and does not offer an appropriate solution. Archives are free of pressure, but did not answer the question of what will happen with this documentation, which institutions will take and how it will be regulated. Maybe it’s time for a new legal regulations and new legislation.
