Summary/Abstract: Today’s world events mandate a need to project all available and legitimate methods to enable our war-fighters and leaders to effectively deal with a host of traditional as well as nontraditional threats and the newest challenges. The success of each Security Forces Assistance mission, during the period of post-conflict restoration, depends on their capabilities, particularly on the Homeland Security Forces, to overtake the challenges to guarantee the security and stability in their own territory.
